"Very unhappy rite now. I was talked into additional policy for renters insurance and was under impression i had personal covarage. Well. Today my car was broken into and my gps was stolen when i called this office i was shocked to learn they will not do anything for me. Im 51 and never in the 10 years paying more then 150$ a month have i filed a claim. Currently looking elsewhere for insurance just sad that State Farm would let a longtime customer go over a 100$ gps device. Awaiting call for possible resolution."

"This is the worst agency ever they charged me 200 for over a year when i put my vehicle on suspend. They never suspended it each time i called i thought it was on suspend then i went in to discuss getting some of my money back and so far it has been 3 months. I keep calling and the owner Serena Clark will not call me or email me to tell me the status of my issue. I have had them for over 18 years and they have not chosen to help me. I have my car insurance with them, my 3 kids life insurance, and my home owners insurance and so far they have ignored my problems. If anyone on here has answers on who i can talk to please help me? I would never recommend this agency to anyone. They will gladly take your money but when they wrong they will not help get your money back."
